Yet their Redeemer is strong;
the LORD Almighty is his name.
He will vigorously defend their cause
so that he may bring rest to their land,
but unrest to those who live in Babylon.
This is what the Lord says to His Children, all who trust in Him.
He is strong and is able to defend their cause and bring them back to the promises he made to them. God is able to do that for He is strong mercyful and faithful.
